At the same time, we invest a lot of manpower and material resources to carry out automatic transformation, production process, innovation and invention in the back end manufacturing of mobile phone injection molding, spraying, vacuum plating, assembly and so on every year. In order to meet customers' new requirements for the appearance of mobile phones, we have been investing heavily in research and development on product appearance, raw material process, etc。

    5G LAP antenna

    Description: Using LAP low-cost plating process to replace traditional FPC antennas has a significant cost advantage compared to FPC。


    Spray free material

    Description: Injecting raw materials, toner, and acrylic in proportion after baking can achieve ordinary spraying effect, saving costs, environmental protection, and energy conservation. Suitable for some functional machines。


    PDS antenna technology

    Description: In antenna design, it is difficult to handle the issue of circuit continuity in the structure of corners and through holes, thereby saving the net space of the phone and making it lighter and thinner。


    MDA antenna technology

    Description: Hardware CNC replaces the built-in structure of FDC, IC, and DS antennas。
